The E3, at 48 1/2 inches tall, is an incredible upright piano. Its wide frame and incredible height allow for longer strings and the true power of a grand piano.
And every EMMENFELD upright has our acoustic DNA: rich and full-bodied tones, vivid overtones, powerful basses and bell-like highs.
And what to say about its beauty? The curved legs add a touch of tradition and the stylish lines make it elegantly contemporary.
The E3 will do very well in a performance setting or as a practice instrument that will remain consistently reliable. The action is incredibly well balanced and highly accurate, doing amazingly well with fast repetitions.
All our uprights come equipped with a slow close fallboard and a mute pedal for quiet practice times.

Upright Pianos
Our uprights, or verticals as called by some, fully satisfy the need for a reliable instrument for chamber music, practice time or just your daily musical enjoyment. Their solid construction means a house, a studio or a worship venue will have a durable piano, providing many years of beautiful sound.
These pianos are built according to the industry's highest standards. We spared no expense in making sure only the best woods were utilized in the keys and frame, the highest quality components and action parts and a mirror-like exterior finish (even the inside is finished!). They are strong instruments too, utilizing modern techniques such as slow cast sanding for the plate (aka harp) and solid backposts.
Our uprights can also be equipped with an optional KEYMI Intelligent Piano Interaction System for MIDI use and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing many different sounds such as Strings, Brass, Woodwinds right from the keyboard (headphones required).
